He promptly answered any and all of my questions and was extremely polite and personable. I have worked with other rental and property management companies in Rhode Island, Nexus is far superior. The online portal is a great way to make payments, create maintenance requests, and much more. Very easy to use and convenient as well.

We work with Greg and Nick primarily. These guys are real professionals. They keep units rented, handle all aspects of rental property ownership starting with the purchase, help with renovating decisions, and handling all tenant lease issues. Really headache free property management.
