Hello. I do not rent from Nexus but live next door to a building they manage. I recently had wrist surgery and (David I think his name was) saw I just came back with groceries. As a property owner I can honestly say I sleep sound every night knowing my property and the tenants are taken care of. Payments are handled online, and I receive the deposits with a few business days. Maintenance always gets buttoned up quickly as well.
