I had Nexus for the entire time I owned a 4 unit in Providence. During this time, in the winter of 2017 the water pipe froze and damaged the entire property. Greg and his team at Nexus was quick to respond to the emergency and was able to help me through the process. After everything was fixed, Nexus found new, stable tenants for me. I had no issues communicating with Nexus on their portal and always gotten responses within the day. I also really like how transparent they are with the money disbursement. You get to see immediately when a tenant has paid and the money will hit your bank account days after. And if a tenant doesn't pay on time, fees and notices gets sent automatically and you see all of that too.

My wife and I have been using Nexus for property management for the last 4 months. Our experience has been very positive! Overall feedback from tenants has been great, and the rent turnover process was very smooth - particularly Keith and John, who came in and made some last minute adjustments for us!
