Would be much better if they either lowered their fee or got involved in delinquency collections. They 'receive rents' but do not proactively collect. Also they are now pretty expensive on turnovers so we do our own.

Tom Gannon handled an emergency electrical issue that involved the Cranston FD and National Grid at my rental property. Tom was able to coordinate a repair and inspection that had power restored to the building within a few hours. Highly recommend.

The staff is very empathetic to the needs of owner and the tenants at the same time. Shortly after we purchased the house, it was rented due to the efforts the staff at Nexus put into finding qualified ...
