I have been highly satisfied with my Nexus experience. Everyone that I have encountered has been kind and professional. Specifically I had a maintenance emergency recently and David from the maintenance department arrived quickly and solved the problem quickly and carefully. We had an emergency in my apartment. Tom M. & Dave were amazing. Very courteous and extremely pleasant. Not only did they fix the problem lightning quick they did it in a friendly manner!! Tom M. & Dave you guys rock!!!

I had been looking for an apartment for over a month or two. I found an apartment online (had plenty of realistic photos posted), called Nexus and Greg got in contact with me immediately to set up a viewing. My dad lives in TX and was going to sign the lease with me, couldn't have imagined an easier process than their online application and lease. Greg worked around my busy schedule with ease, and the process was so efficient. I couldn't be happier with my apartment and still very impressed with the ease of the online paperwork, portal use, and the professional and friendly staff!
