NO.. We don't believe in gimmicks or garbage “set up” or “new account” fees
we charge a monthly management fee based on rent collected, and a RErental fee for placing a tenant. THAT'S IT!

This is my first apartment and the experience was amazing! Greg was very flexible with me and super friendly and helpful. Making this huge step can be very anxious but the entire process made me at ease. I really appreciated how quick and efficient Greg was, the neighbors are super nice and friendly, and the area is quiet. I love it here! I would definitely recommend Greg to anyone of my friends looking to find their own place!

Gregory at Nexus showed me a couple of property listings and found me and my family a great house to rent. He was very easy to work with (very friendly, no pressure) and has been VERY responsive to questions and concerns both while I was looking and now that I have moved into my rental. Nexus has moved a lot of the paperwork of renting online which has been great and very convenient. I would definitely recommend Nexus to a friend or family member who is looking for a rental.
