How do I get started ?

Nexus has provided the management services for my property for about three years. My experience is positive. Greg Rice is quick in response to my questions for all rental issues. He is very helpful and easy to deal with. Their Owner-Portal is convenient for communication and transfer funds between Nexus and property owner’s bank accounts. But their repairs charges are higher than I expected.

As a new property owner there's not much scarier than hearing "water in the basement"...where's it coming from? when will it stop? how much will it cost? ...with Nexus I didn't have to worry about any of that. I received an email of the situation and Tom was on it ASAP. What I thought might cost me a couple thousand was wrapped up for a fraction...and my peace of mind stayed intact throughout. What a service! Thanks Tom!!!
