I'm a new tenant and I've had a great experience so far with Nexus Property Management. I love that there was a walk through video of the apartment for rent to view. I also like that I can submit a maintenance request and pay my rent online. If you need to call Nexus the answering service will quickly connect you or get back to you just as fast. A+ renting experience so far.

I can't say enough good things about your employee Corey. We have been having a problem with our heat and he has never left us without. He gave us his own heaters to make sure we stayed warm on some really cold nights and has been here early in the morning till late at night to get the problem fix.
