Seth at Nexus was polite and quick to answer a late night call. I wish there were more people with that kind of customer service.

I searched for 2 weeks for a new place and was getting discouraged until I went and looked at a place and met greg..I really couldn't belive how beautiful the apartment was it really was the nicest,cleanest,most modern iv seen in my town..greg was very polite and professional...Within 24 hours after filing out the app I was approved...to me I feel their system for doing background checks etc is the best iv seen yet it makes me feel safe knowing I won't have to live in a apartment with anyone with a criminal background etc..I'm so happy I went with nexus and I will highly recommend this company to anyone that owns or anyone who is looking to rent a place where they probaly will want to stay forever...thanks to greg and staff for everything.....

I'm a new tenant and I've had a great experience so far with Nexus Property Management. I love that there was a walk through video of the apartment for rent to view. I also like that I can submit a maintenance request and pay my rent online. If you need to call Nexus the answering service will quickly connect you or get back to you just as fast. A+ renting experience so far.
