Working with Nick and Greg is always a pleasure. It is nice to work with people who are experts in their field, and are willing to pass on that expertise to their customers. At first they were great, replying to everything, but once you are there for a few months, they forget about you. I have about 4 service requests that have been open since beginning of May. Need your yard work done because it's starting to look like a jungle and you aren't responsible for it in your lease? Don't expect them to do anything about it. I'll change my review when they contact me, because that's how they played it last time, all they care about is their decked out office that never has anyone in it and whether or not you are resigning the lease.
