Al Resende from nexus came to my home and replaced my bathroom vanity! He made sure I was happy and consulted with the landlord to confirm it needed to be changed out. He was totally respectful and even had to deal with my special needs 4 year old watching and asking questions, he was even amazing with him! I will gladly allow him into my home for future repairs. He was absolutely amazing!

We started renting a property several weeks ago and there were several maintenance issues upon moving in. Nexus was wonderful about sending technicians out within a day. Mike & Tom were our two technicians, and they both did a fabulous job. Very professional and friendly. Both really took the time to fix the problems using quality work. We have been impressed with the responsiveness of Nexus and the quality of the maintenance technicians they have!
