My Husband and I wanted to buy a rental property but we didn’t have any experience doing so. Greg was great at helping us find the right place and giving us much needed advise throughout the whole process. We had two vacant units (which we learned can be a good thing) and Greg, Mik, Ken & the whole team were amazing at fixing them up and getting them rent ready. Mik was very thorough and made us feel confident we chose the right tenants for the units.
