The property I live in was with Lyons property management previously and they were just EVIL ! I called the new property management to have a thermostat fixed (NEXUS). Tom was here first thing this morning and fixed the problem. He knows exactly what he is doing and the best part is he is a nice person. I was having a showing with my daughter and your agent Makalai is very unprofessional and disrespectful, There was no electricity in the apartment that’s not a problem but he didn’t bother to put a flashlight in the bathroom just to show me , and he left me inside the apartment and waited for me outside And he didn’t mention anything about the laundry room.
