Al Resende from nexus came to my home and replaced my bathroom vanity! He made sure I was happy and consulted with the landlord to confirm it needed to be changed out. He was totally respectful and even had to deal with my special needs 4 year old watching and asking questions, he was even amazing with him! I will gladly allow him into my home for future repairs. He was absolutely amazing!

Mikalai was wonderful. I was looking for an apartment for me and my daughter and he was very helpful, asked me insightful questions and he was texting with me back and forth (I don’t like talking on the phone so this was specially convenient for me) He sent me links to video tours of the apartments on YouTube so I was able to see them before we actually met at the property. The signing process was simple and all done online! I can’t stress how much I like that we did almost everything by text, email and the tenant portal. Greg from the office was also very nice and he seemed genuinely happy that we got the apartment! This is a great team of people. I recommend them 100%
