Been calling them for 2 weeks about a tenant issue. Stated it was an emergency. Not a single call back or email. Now police are involved and still cant get anyone to even reach out to me via email or phone. Do not rent from Nexus

Phil, we have done our best to manage the situation but unfortunately it’s difficult for us to monitor/police tenant behavior on a 24/7 basis. The issue seems to be between multiple tenants, and the beef existed prior to our management service beginning. Once the police get involved we step back. Telling people not to rent from us because tenants need constant babysitting is not a fair comparison.

Tom Gannon came to my property to fix several issues with lighting and electrical problems. He was very punctual and professional. He had to return several times (because of lack of availability of parts) but always called ahead with plenty of notice and was very professional and personable. Highly recommend him. Pete Zampine
