We found Greg and Nexus to be very responsive to all of our inquiries and concerns as rental property owners that live out of state. We feel that had it not been for Nexus, we don't know if we would feel as comfortable owning the properties and would have had to come up with a different course of action. I had come across Nexus back in July while looking for an apartment. Unfortunately due to a loss of job I had to give up the apartment I had just signed a lease on. The guys made the whole process so easy even after finding out I'd lost my job. They were kind enough to return my deposit to me. Not that I am back on my feet again and looking for a place I immediately went to see what these guys had available. They made the process so easy I am hoping to be able to find something I love and rent from this amazing company.
