We first began our contract of tenancy w/Nexus Management Properties a few months ago and thus far we have been highly satisfied from the preliminary process of screening / the attention they've provided to our questions and speedy responses to assure all was answered and addressed without delay and clearness. We are very pleased with the premises because it provides safety / childproof and an overall comfort to our family. As former property owners we are truly satisfy with the upkeep of the property with the addition of the attention to detail and the maintenance management of its own. This property has brought us back to re-think on ownership and consider having an opportunity to purchase a similar property as the one we are currently renting future years. We started renting a property several weeks ago and there were several maintenance issues upon moving in. Nexus was wonderful about sending technicians out within a day. Mike & Tom were our two technicians, and they both did a fabulous job. Very professional and friendly. Both really took the time to fix the problems using quality work. We have been impressed with the responsiveness of Nexus and the quality of the maintenance technicians they have!
