RI Business Spotlight - Episode #18 - Sam Alba of The Alba Group at RE/MAX Innovations Highlights

This is the second apartment that I have rented through Nexus. I really like how responsive Tom the maintenance man is. He always keeps me informed and always comes right down and gets the job done fast.

I had been looking for an apartment for over a month or two. I found an apartment online (had plenty of realistic photos posted), called Nexus and Greg got in contact with me immediately to set up a viewing. My dad lives in TX and was going to sign the lease with me, couldn't have imagined an easier process than their online application and lease. Greg worked around my busy schedule with ease, and the process was so efficient. I couldn't be happier with my apartment and still very impressed with the ease of the online paperwork, portal use, and the professional and friendly staff!

I love Nexus!! Tom and the rest of the Nexus crew are really great! When I put in a service order or request maintenance they call and come by the same day! Even on the weekends. I never have to worry as long as I’m living in a Nexus property. You guys rock!!
