Greg from Nexus was great. Very professional, things were always fixed in a timely fashion and the property was constantly being upgraded. From lights in the hallways to new parking spots. The yard was always maintained and the trash was always picked up. I would certainly live in another apartment that Nexus managed!

Can’t say enough about Nexus. As a novice home owner the Pawtucket crew did everything they could to assist me with all the crazy and sometimes frustrating nuances of home ownership in RI. The crazy laws, the “undesirable tennants” repair advice, general ownership advice, long term planning- you name it. Someone always picks up the phone, no automated service. The website is easy to navigate. The maintenance team is thorough, honest and professional. Can you put a price on peace of mind? If you could then Nexus is worth every penny. These guys take care of you as if you’re a good friend, and they have a stake in your success. They’ll never leave you hanging, and things get taken care of fast.
