Rhode Island Business Spotlight - Episode #14 - Matt Bates of Movement Mortgage

We rent a unit in an old but very charming building in Woonsocket. We love the building and the apartment but old buildings have their challenges. Whenever we have called for an issue, Tom OEM has called me back within the hour to let me know he will be there to fix it. Tom is friendly and knowledgeable. Most recently our toilet clogged and shower drain backed up on a Sunday - the Sunday before Labor Day. Tom came to fix the problem the same day and explained to us what the most likely cause was. We are nothing but satisfied with the service.

My property manager was really helpful. I didn't think I would even have a chance to get my appartment but he helped me through it. Very fast at responding and if I have any questions or concerns he's there immediately to answer them. My appartment is beautiful and they take good care of the property and there tenants. I want to say thank you to the owner and to nexus for making a grear christmas come true for me and my kids
