I have used the Rent 4 U service that Nexus offers twice now. Both times I had a wonderful experience with them. They were able to place tenants for us very quickly and with no hassle whatsoever. They create amazing ads for the property (including a virtual tour) and they do a thorough background check to make sure you are getting the best possible tenants. The last tenants we had stayed with us for over four years and were the nicest, most considerate family I could have hoped for. I have no doubt that the new tenants they found for us will be great as well.
