The property I live in was with Lyons property management previously and they were just EVIL ! I called the new property management to have a thermostat fixed (NEXUS). Tom was here first thing this morning and fixed the problem. He knows exactly what he is doing and the best part is he is a nice person. Nexus Property Management is definitely the top local property management company around. I was a maintenance tech with them for awhile and seen the ins and outs of how they run. Greg's video tours of the vacant units make it so they practically rent themselves, and the response time for maintenance calls is like no other. When I purchase my first house later this year, I am absolutely going to have them manage it.

I have nothing but great things to say about nexus. Mikalai has answered all my questions on a timely manner and has been nothing but kind and professional. I had issues with the heat not functioning and the very next day I had a plumber fix the issue. Highly recommend!
