I am so Very Pleased! My boyfriend Jacob and I just got our very first apartment through Nexus and it has been a wonderful first experience. I can't speak highly enough of them. We worked directly with Greg who answered all of my questions and was on top of everything, Nick was also very helpful! When we got into our apartment there were a few things that needed to be fixed but with their online maintenance requests the things were fixed the day of or the day we requested! We worked with Mike and Tom and they are both great. The best part is they allow me to plant flowers and grow some veggies outside! All in a all it was very different than the "first time renter" horror stories I have come across! Definitely work with them if you can!

I had to relocate from Brazil to Rhode Island; talk about a tough transition! However, Greg made the moving process so simple! I went on the website and found apartments that were in my budget. Then, for each apartment there was not only plenty of pictures, but virtual tours as well! This saved me a trip flying to the USA! When I found the one I liked I was able to apply online, submit paystubs online, and receive an answer in 24 hours! When I arrived in the USA the apartment looked just like it did on the video. There was a few maintenance items which Dan and his crew took care of immediately. I also utilize my tenant portal frequently. I have setup for auto-payments each month, chat with staff at all hours, and even purchased renter's insurance. I have been so satisfied with Nexus they make everything so easy for me! Once I get settled and learn the area better I will be utilizing Greg as my NVest Agent to help me find an income producing property and navigate the purchase process! Thank you NEXUS!!
