Nexus Property Management is definitely the top local property management company around. I was a maintenance tech with them for awhile and seen the ins and outs of how they run. Greg's video tours of the vacant units make it so they practically rent themselves, and the response time for maintenance calls is like no other. When I purchase my first house later this year, I am absolutely going to have them manage it.
