Great company, reliable! Big shout out to Seth at Nexus! I went to one of my properties this morning to find a flooded basement due to vandalism of copper piping. Put in an ER call to Nexus, Seth was on the phone with me within a few minutes and arrived at the property 30 minutes later pumping the water out and arranging estimates on clean up and repairs. Big relief of stress off my mind. Seth is AWESOME!!!

I love Nexus!! Tom and the rest of the Nexus crew are really great! When I put in a service order or request maintenance they call and come by the same day! Even on the weekends. I never have to worry as long as I’m living in a Nexus property. You guys rock!!

These guys are really great at what they do and I would highly recommend them to any property investor in the area. Nick/Greg are awesome.
