So I just meant the Best Maintenance Super Man in History. His name is David Cossman. His middle name is Mr. Communication. Lol He really is THE BEST!!!!. He constantly keeps in contact with me. He's been checking on me and my family to make sure me and my children are okay. He gives me chronic updates and answers all my questions no matter how many questions I have. They never seem to bother him. He's is genuinely caring and very hard-working. He actually sent me a message to find some positivity in my situation while my home is being worked on while we're temporarily displaced. And the Nexus team and Owner have been Great!!
