Responded to an online post with a simple question. Without answering the question they ask for all kinds of personal information. When I called to ask the question same process. Now I’m getting countless emails, texts and even got hit with a YouTube notification. How about just answering a question. In the end you didn’t answer a simple question

Hello Bill, it sounds like you contacted our Leasing Department. We have a process in place to ask pre-screening questions for all potential tenants. We do not show properties to prospects without knowing a little about who they are. On a similar note it appears you left a bad review to another property management company here in Rhode Island 7 months ago with the same complaint.
