Two years ago my wife and I decided to buy the first Nexus Property Management franchise and it has been one of the best decisions we have ever made. Our decision was a no brainer since Nick D'agnillo, the founder of Nexus is an old friend of mine and I trusted him completely but that is only a small part of the story. The whole staff at Nexus has provided more support than I ever hoped for. Greg Rice the general manager and maintenance director Kenneth Bradley have been particularly helpful and I can honestly say after a year of running our own office in Fall River that we could not have done it without them. If the quality of a company is determined by the character of it's employees Nexus is one of the best companies I know of.
