Big thanks to Tom, he responded quickly and replaced a defective water heater on Sunday. He was fast and professional, I appreciate the help and quick turn time. Raul is also a great help, he's easy to work with and willing to work with my schedule. So far, a great experience with the maintenance crew at Nexus.

Nexus does a fine job screening potential renters with a thorough background check. I have used them to place my last 3 long-term renters in my investment home in Newport, RI and I have not had any issues.

As a Realtor, I have to say Greg was great to work with! Very responsive. We had a small window of time to get some work done on a property in Woonsocket and had to access part of it from a property managed by Nexus. Definitely was a key factor in us being able to get to it wrapped up and closed!!
