This company does the best job I have seen screening tenants, filling vacancies with the right tenants and addressing maintenance concerns with their team of maintenance professionals on staff 24/7. What impressed me most about Nexus is their online Tenant and Landlord portals which allow tenants to place maintenance requests and landlords to approve or disapprove those requests as soon as they come in. Once item is approved, the Nexus team will promptly and professionally service the property and at reasonable rates. Another area I have to give them kudos is with their transparent pricing structure (I mean who puts their prices right online?! They have nothing to hide and you know exactly what you get and for how much!!). Last but not least, as a landlord, I love the idea that the tenants accounts are debited each month and I can collect money when it is due. When tenants do not pay, Nexus contacts them and after 5 days of non payment, they will start the eviction process and will fill the tenant's place at no charge as part of their guarantee to place you with the best tenants!! Needless to say I highly recommend!
