I don't usually leave reviews, but this company really has been a wonderful experience and so personable to work with. I had some problems with my heat at the beginning of the cold season, in the rental I had rented through this company, the repair person arrived the same day and completed some extensive repairs before the end of the day; they were easy to communicate with, kind, thoughtful and efficient - my children and I had heat by the evening with no problems or extra bills! I couldn't be happier with my experience with Nexus.

I have nothing but great things to say about nexus. Mikalai has answered all my questions on a timely manner and has been nothing but kind and professional. I had issues with the heat not functioning and the very next day I had a plumber fix the issue. Highly recommend!
