My Husband and I wanted to buy a rental property but we didn’t have any experience doing so. Greg was great at helping us find the right place and giving us much needed advise throughout the whole process. We had two vacant units (which we learned can be a good thing) and Greg, Mik, Ken & the whole team were amazing at fixing them up and getting them rent ready. Mik was very thorough and made us feel confident we chose the right tenants for the units. There is a lot more that goes into this than we expected and we would have been completely lost without the help of the Nexus team. They make the entire experience pretty simple - we are actually thinking of purchasing another property!

So far so good.. Seth had a difficult ceiling job I needed done and he did an outstanding job.. The clean up was like no one had ever came. Seth was professional, quick, and workmanship was 5 star..

I can’t honestly figure out a reason why any income property owner wouldn’t use a professional property management company? My time is so much more valuable than the occasional repair that these guys do in a timely and professional manner. When I do have a turnover, it is usually rented within 48 hours. These guys are the real deal and take property management to the next level!
