We rent a unit in an old but very charming building in Woonsocket. We love the building and the apartment but old buildings have their challenges. Whenever we have called for an issue, Tom OEM has called me back within the hour to let me know he will be there to fix it. Tom is friendly and knowledgeable. Most recently our toilet clogged and shower drain backed up on a Sunday - the Sunday before Labor Day. Tom came to fix the problem the same day and explained to us what the most likely cause was. We are nothing but satisfied with the service.

Mikalai went out of his way to make our rental process very easy. Prompt and efficient I would recommend Nexus Properties to anyone. Five star service all around.
