Nexus has been wonderful. Many benefits from the online portal to being able to speak to someone personally. Seth from maintenance has gone above and beyond for us! In any situation he has been here within a half of an hour with a solution to whatever problem may have occurred.

Not only did Dave correct the problem my father was having in his apartment, he took the time to calm him down and joke around. Great service from a great guy.
