The property I live in was with Lyons property management previously and they were just EVIL ! I called the new property management to have a thermostat fixed (NEXUS). Tom was here first thing this morning and fixed the problem. He knows exactly what he is doing and the best part is he is a nice person. It's such a great feeling to know that I'm dealing with a professional company !!!!!!! NEXUS! THANK YOU TOM

Responded to an online post with a simple question. Without answering the question they ask for all kinds of personal information. When I called to ask the question same process. Now I’m getting countless emails, texts and even got hit with a YouTube notification. How about just answering a question. In the end you didn’t answer a simple question

My Husband and I wanted to buy a rental property but we didn’t have any experience doing so. Greg was great at helping us find the right place and giving us much needed advise throughout the whole process. We had two vacant units (which we learned can be a good thing) and Greg, Mik, Ken & the whole team were amazing at fixing them up and getting them rent ready. Mik was very thorough and made us feel confident we chose the right tenants for the units. There is a lot more that goes into this than we expected and we would have been completely lost without the help of the Nexus team. They make the entire experience pretty simple - we are actually thinking of purchasing another property!
