worst management i have ever rented from. the apartments they rent look clean but are roach infested and they do nothing to fix the problem. roof was leaking and would not fix and and then when i moved out they would not give my deposit back. they are a scam dont rent from them any time something brakes they dont fix it i had no heat and frozen pipes and they would not even give me a space hearer to keep warm . stay away from Nexus they do nothing to help you.

I had multiple issues that needed to be addressed and John was super polite, professional,accommodating and informative....his work was excellent each time that he came out... I hope If I ever need more work that john is the one to do it.....I highly recommended him and his work speaks for itself...thanks again
