I had to relocate from Brazil to Rhode Island; talk about a tough transition! However, Greg made the moving process so simple! I went on the website and found apartments that were in my budget. Then, for each apartment there was not only plenty of pictures, but virtual tours as well! This saved me a trip flying to the USA! When I found the one I liked I was able to apply online, submit paystubs online, and receive an answer in 24 hours! When I arrived in the USA the apartment looked just like it did on the video. There was a few maintenance items which Dan and his crew took care of immediately. I also utilize my tenant portal frequently. I have setup for auto-payments each month, chat with staff at all hours, and even purchased renter's insurance. I have been so satisfied with Nexus they make everything so easy for me!
