I've been in contact with both Leo and Greg during my search for an apartment. Both are extremely helpful and speedy with their responses. I love the tenant portal and that they do video walkthroughs so you can get a feel of the apartment before you even schedule a viewing. They're extremely helpful as well. Due to being a multi unit building National Grid was having a lil trouble finding out which one was mine for electric. Be the fact that I'm at work I couldn't go get the meter number in time to set it up but Greg got me pictures of the numbers fpr me so i can set up electric. Would defiently recommend to others and would go through them again if the need comes around.

What a great experience from start to finish! Very easy process and we were moved in within a week. Love that we can pay the rent through the portal and also make maintaince request. Thanks Greg for everything!
