I can’t honestly figure out a reason why any income property owner wouldn’t use a professional property management company? My time is so much more valuable than the occasional repair that these guys do in a timely and professional manner. When I do have a turnover, it is usually rented within 48 hours. These guys are the real deal and take property management to the next level!

Living in the Nexus Property Units for the past year has been wonderful. They were always there in a timely manner when I needed them and there was always someone to talk to at any hour of the day. The landlord is very nice and accommodating. The maintenance crew is impeccable, Tom is very professional and trustworthy. He did a great super fast job on giving me a new faucet today. Less than 24 hours after letting Nexus know I had an issue it was fixed!
