worst management i have ever rented from. the apartments they rent look clean but are roach infested and they do nothing to fix the problem. roof was leaking and would not fix and and then when i moved out they would not give my deposit back. they are a scam dont rent from them any time something brakes they dont fix it i had no heat and frozen pipes and they would not even give me a space hearer to keep warm . stay away from Nexus they do nothing to help you.

They “manage” an apartment building on my street and do a very poor job. Grass a foot tall and bushes are so overgrown the sidewalk is impassible
