Seth Benson As we currently live overseas and are unable to manage our 3 apartments home in Rhose lsland, we use Nexus as our Property Mgt to do it on our behalf. Seth is always the first man we contact everytime we came across any problems with the apartmenrs. He is very knowledgeable and dependable we can trust him to solve and to fix any mishaps not only quickly and thoroughly but also economically. He is very helpful and available even when we call him in an invonvenient times.

Nexus does a fine job screening potential renters with a thorough background check. I have used them to place my last 3 long-term renters in my investment home in Newport, RI and I have not had any issues.
