Nexus Property Management is a win/win partnership for both owners and the tenants. The building started off rocky, inconsistent, empty apartments, and with little revenue. Over time nexus was able to fill each apartment with good tenants at fair prices, provide a safe and clean apartment, and maintained tenant relationships to help make the property profitable and desirable. It was nice to go to bed at night not worrying about late night emergencies or about collecting rent because I had Nexus to take care of that for me. Nexus has been reliable as they offer 24hr emergency services. They can handle all of the tasks that they advertise for. Although preparing an apartment and non-emergency maintenance job prices seem to be a bit high, they are optional. I would recommend them for handling evictions, emergency services, rent collection, and sending out notices.
