He was very easy to work with (very friendly, no pressure) and has been VERY responsive to questions and concerns both while I was looking and now that I have moved into my rental. Nexus has moved a lot of the paperwork of renting online which has been great and very convenient. I would definitely recommend Nexus to a friend or family member who is looking for a rental.
