I have lived in an apartment run by nexus for almost two years and i have to say that it was a great experience with both our property manager Greg Rice and our maintinence guy Tom Gannon. Greg was great, and always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. Very helpful and easy going. Tom was always prompt and very efficient whenever maintinence was needed in our unit. You can definitely count on the Nexus RI team for your living location. I would recomend Nexus to anyone looking for affordable living and awesome service.

I put in a work order for a tub clog, and Tom M. came. He also fixed the front door AND helped me bring in the trash bins. Anytime he comes to fix an issue, I know it will be taken care of!
